Wilmington Police have arrested a man on drug charges.
On January 23, at approximately 12:40 p.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division were in the 400 block of West 7th Street, when they observed a male subject engaged in drug-related activity. Police made contact with 19-year-old Jaheem White, who was taken into custody without incident and found to be in possession of 32 grams of marijuana, and $305.
White has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
- Wearing a Disguise During the Commission of a Felony
- Breach of Release
He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was released after posting $12,000 cash-only bail.
