Caney Creek near Splendora affecting Montgomery and Harris Counties. West Fork San Jacinto near Conroe affecting Montgomery County. East Fork San Jacinto near New Caney affecting Liberty, Montgomery and Harris Counties. ...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Texas... Lake Creek at Sendera Ranch Road affecting Montgomery County. For the East Fork San Jacinto River...including Cleveland, New Caney...Moderate flooding is forecast. For the Caney Creek...including Splendora...Minor flooding is forecast. For the West Fork San Jacinto River...including Porter, Sendera Ranch Road, Conroe, Humble, Sheldon...Major flooding is forecast.
