* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Visibility will slowly improve tomorrow morning, however fog will still be present throughout much of Friday, as has been the case the last few days. Temperatures near freezing will create slippery travel conditions, especially during the early morning.
