* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:30 AM EST Friday the stage was 16.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to crest this morning and drop back below flood stage later today. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet. - Impact...At 16.0 feet, Some low spots on Millar Road flood.
