Watch Commander's Night Report - January 25, 2024



TOTAL CAD CALLS: 934

1. Brandishing (1346) 100 Block of South Center Street, Park District
The male victim, 31, was near the listed area when the suspect pointed a firearm at him and threatened him. The suspect fled in a grey sedan. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.

2. Robbery (1400) 1400 Block of East Hammer Lane, Valley Oak District
The male victim, 61, was near the listed area when the suspect forced him to the ground and stole his property. The victim was uninjured and declined medical attention. SUSPECT: Black male, 20-30 years old.

3. Robbery (1810) 2700 Block of Country Club Boulevard, Civic District
The female victim, 61, was working in an area business when the suspect became irate, threatened the victim, and took property. The suspect fled on foot. SUSPECT: Black female adult.

4. Robbery (2100) Hazelton Street and Aurora Avenue, Park District
The female victim, 55, was in the listed area when the suspect assaulted and robbed her of her property. SUSPECT: Black male adult.

5. Armed Robbery (2350) Airport Way and Martin Luther King Boulevard Jr., Park District
The male victims, 28 and 21, were working near the listed area when the suspects brandished handguns and stole their property. SUSPECTS: Two Hispanic males, 25-30

6. Residential Robbery (0100) 1400 Block of Michael Avenue, Park District
The female victim, 39, and male victims, 30 and 22, walked into their residence when the suspect
approached from behind and followed them inside. The suspects brandished firearms, assaulted two of the victims, and stole property prior to fleeing. The victims did not report any injuries and declined medical attention. SUSPECTS: Two Hispanic male adults.

7. Pursuit Arrest (0449) El Dorado Street and Martin Luther King Boulevard Jr, Seaport District
Officers responded to the listed area on a report of a person armed with a firearm. Officers located the suspect vehicle, though the driver failed to yield, leading officers in pursuit. The pursuit ended when the driver surrendered. ARRESTED: Yesenia Nunez, 43, for, felony evading, resisting arrest, traffic charges, and an outstanding warrant.
