* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Virginia, including the following areas, Bland, Smyth and Tazewell and southeast West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Greenbrier, Mercer, Monroe, Summers and Western Greenbrier.

* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* AFFECTED AREAS: TAZEWELL ... SMYTH ... BLAND ... MERCER ... SUMMERS ... MONROE ... EASTERN GREENBRIER ... WESTERN GREENBRIER
