Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Kingston Rikar who is reported as a runaway.
He was last seen in the area of Leisure Lane in Pahoa on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at around 12:00 p.m.
He is described as being a Pacific Islander, 5-feet 6-iches tall, 130 pounds, slim build, dark complexion, short black hair, and brown eyes.
Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
