* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall will be elevation dependent with elevations above 1500 feet seeing the higher accumulations. Given the heavy and wet snow, there is the potential for isolated power outages. Elevations below 1500 feet will see lower end snow accumulations with temperatures above freezing.
