The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana has issued a 
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Indiana...Michigan...
  Tippecanoe River near Ora affecting Pulaski, Kosciusko, Fulton IN,
   Marshall and Starke Counties.
  Saint Joseph River Michigan at South Bend affecting Berrien, 
  Elkhart and St. Joseph Counties.
  Saint Joseph River Michigan at Three Rivers affecting Elkhart, 
  Branch and St. Joseph MI Counties.

.Recent snow melt and continued rainfall will lead to rises on area 
rivers.
For the Tippecanoe River...including Ora, Winamac, Norway Dam...
Minor flooding is forecast.
For the Saint Joseph River Michigan...including Three Rivers, 
Mottville, Elkhart IN, South Bend, Niles...Minor flooding is 
forecast.

Instructions:

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
