* WHEN...Until 215 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Multiple roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 807 AM EST, radar estimates and rain gauge data indicate heavy rain in the warned area overnight. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
