* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of west central Virginia, including the following counties and independent city, Alleghany VA, Bath and City of Covington and southeast West Virginia, including the following county, Greenbrier.

* WHEN...Until 215 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Multiple roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 807 AM EST, radar estimates and rain gauge data indicate heavy rain in the warned area overnight. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Alleghany, Covington, Lewisburg, White Sulphur Springs, Ronceverte, Alderson and Neola. - For flooding safety information, please visit http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
