Indiana...
  Tippecanoe River near Ora affecting Starke, Pulaski, Fulton IN, 
  Marshall and Kosciusko Counties.

.River levels have risen due to recent snow melt, followed by heavy 
rain.
For the Tippecanoe River...including Ora, Winamac, Norway Dam...
Minor flooding is forecast.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL THURSDAY EVENING...

* WHERE...Tippecanoe River near Ora.
* WHEN...Until Thursday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, The river is at flood stage...significant 
  lowland and rural flooding begins.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - There is no current observed data.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.4
    feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage
    Wednesday evening.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
