The State of Alaska Dept. of Transportation has closed Thompson Pass, to include:12 mile of the Richardson Highway to 40 mile due to snow, blowing snowing, and limited visibility. Refer to 511.gov for updates regarding this closure. Please use caution while driving locally. Slow your speeds and increase your following distances...stay safe!
