The Pasadena Police Department requests your help in finding Ralph E. Seymour. He is a 83 year old male black, approximately 5'11" and 150 lbs, and suffers from numerous medical conditions. He is believed to be on foot and was last seen at 8:30am on Saturday Jan 27, in the area of 1900 blk of E. Villa st. in Pasadena wearing a gray hoodie, blk sweats, & red shoes.
