* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:00 AM EST Monday the stage was 10.3 feet, or 4.7 feet below flood stage. - Bankfull stage is 0.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 16.4 feet this evening.
