  Tippecanoe River near Ora affecting Fulton IN, Kosciusko, Pulaski,
   Starke and Marshall Counties.

For the Tippecanoe River...including Ora, Winamac, Norway Dam...
Minor flooding is forecast.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

    Thursday morning and continue falling to 11.1 feet early
