Activity for January 29, 2024:
- Officer Allison responded to the Ingham County Jail for a warrant pick-up. A 32-year-old male was lodged at JSO on multiple outstanding felony warrants.
- Officer Fugate and Officer Simon were dispatched to West Wilkins Street and South Blackstone Street for a warrant pick-up. A 60-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officer Goings and Officer Hogan responded to the Jackson Crossing Mall for subjects shoplifting. A 24-year-old female was transported to court on a misdemeanor warrant. Charges will be sought on the 24-year-old female and a 28-year-old male for 1st degree retail fraud.
- Officer Goings and Officer Hogan visited with students at Northeast Elementary.
- Officer Kuhn visited Hunt Elementary.
- Officer Panther made contact with subjects in the 200 block of Gilbert Street. A 28-year-old male was arrested for conditional bond violation.
- Officers responded to the 400 block of Quarry Street for a homicide. A 19-year-old male was arrested for felonious domestic assault, and open murder.
