The Green Bay man suspected of inappropriately touching three juvenile girls on different occasions at Tundra Lodge, 865 Lombardi Avenue, has been charged.
The Brown County District Attorney’s Office charged Mauricio Powless, 18, on January 29, 2024:
- Attempted 1st Degree Child Sexual Assault – Sexual Contact with a Child Under Age 13
- False Imprisonment
- 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child Under 16 Years of Age
- 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child Under 16 Years of Age
Powless was arrested by Green Bay Police during a traffic stop on January 26, 2024, shortly after being identified as the suspect from the reported incidents, which occurred on January 20, 2024, and January 25, 2024, involving a 10-year-old who was with a friend, and two 13-year-olds.
No additional details on these cases are expected to be released at this time.
