Winter Weather Advisory until 08:00AM

* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow occurring. Total snow accumulations 1 to 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. Visibility as low as one half mile.

* WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta Coast.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM AKST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel may be difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility with near whiteout conditions at times. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Localized blizzard conditions are possible from Kipnuk north to Newtok and Mekoryuk through mid morning Wednesday. Visibilities may also briefly fall to as low as one half mile for areas away from the coast due to the combination of moderate show showers and gusty winds.

* AFFECTED AREAS: KUSKOKWIM DELTA
