1/25 - 3:25 a.m. - Police were called to the intersection of Washington Street and Jefferson Street for a report of a vehicle parked in the roadway. Upon investigating, police arrested he driver, Tiffany N. Nicks age 41 of East St. Louis, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Unlawful Parking.
