* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central California, including the following counties, Monterey and San Benito.
* WHEN...Until 545 AM PST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1136 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.3 and 0.6 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.8 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Salinas, Arroyo Seco, Jamesburg, Tassajara Hot Springs, Lucia, Gorda, Soledad, Greenfield, King City, Gonzales, Sycamore Flat, Chualar, Colman Canyon, Spreckels and Prunedale. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
