On September 17, 2020, the Sheriff’s Specialized Investigations Division – Homicide Detail began an investigation into the double homicide of Christina Gamboa and Raymond Gonzales.
As the investigation continues, Homicide detectives are releasing the photo of both victims and are seeking assistance from the public for additional information regarding Gamboa and Gonzales’ murder.

SUMMARY:
On Thursday, September 17, 2020, at approximately 7:23 p.m., deputies from the Hesperia Station responded to the 15000 block of Muscatel Street in Hesperia for a report of shots heard in the area.
When deputies arrived, they entered the residence and located a 45-year-old female and a 41-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds. Medical personnel were summoned to the home, but both victims were pronounced deceased at the scene.
Detectives from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Specialized Investigations Division, Homicide Detail were requested and are conducting the investigation.
