1. Attempt Robbery (740) Peeskill Drive and Gotham Drive, Valley Oak District
The victim, 15, was walking in the listed area when he was approached by the suspect vehicle. The suspect (driver) pointed a handgun at the victim and demanded his property. The victim did not comply and the suspect fled the area. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.
2. Battery on an Officer (1025) 6800 Block of Herndon Place, Lakeview District
Officers responded to a report of a trespassing at the listed location. Officers arrested the suspect for trespassing and the suspect resisted and spat on officers. While in the patrol car, the suspect kicked the doors so a restraint device was deployed. ARRESTED: A juvenile for battery on an officer, resisting arrest and trespassing.
