Please be advised that Laurel Drive, Park Lane, and Linden Drive will be under construction beginning on or about Monday, February 5, 2024.

The construction is expected to begin on or about 02/05/2024 and may last for a week or two.  Affected residents and businesses should be aware that there may be Equipment/material delivery and/or prep work on the part of the contractor about a week or two in advance of the actual start day. This activity should have little or no impact on local traffic and driveway access.

The work being performed will consist of road improvements, such as drainage improvements, tree removal, forming curb and sidewalk and pouring concrete. NO STREET PARKING WILL BE PERMITTED FROM 7 A.M, TO 5 P.M. Due to the nature of the work involved; the amount of men and machinery required partial sidewalk closure will be necessary in the area of work to optimize the safety of the work crews and motoring public alike. Alternate pedestrian route will be provided. The work will be performed from approximately 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., weather permitting.

A clearly marked route will be established and maintained by contractor. Emergency vehicles will be allowed through at all times. Access to residences, including deliveries and other services, in the work zone will be affected and access to some residential and business driveways will be temporarily restricted; Contractor will attempt to minimize this inconvenience as much as possible, If work is required at your driveway, we ask that you remove any vehicles and park elsewhere as access will not be available for 2-3 days due to the time required to perform the work and concrete curing process.

The contractor recognizes the inconvenience that any road construction may cause and apologizes for any difficulties encountered, The contractor will make every effort to have the work completed as soon as possible.
