The Village Academy is a 10-week program commencing on March 6, 2024, and concluding with a graduation ceremony on May 8, 2024. This unique opportunity allows participants to delve into various facets of Burr Ridge's government, gaining firsthand insights into local governance.
What will you learn?
Our curriculum covers diverse subjects, including Village Administration, Police Operations, Public Works, Criminal Investigations and MERIT, Infrastructure & Utilities, Police Use of Force, Community Development, Community Policing & Crime Prevention, and the intricacies of Village Finances.
