* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Visibility reduced to one quarter mile or less at times. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches. East wind gusting 25 to 35 mph.
* WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta.
* WHEN...From 3 AM Saturday to 6 AM AKST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult. Blowing snow will lead to white-out conditions at times. The cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This storm will produce low density snow, easily blown around by the wind. The worst conditions will be along the coast. Bethel and other inland communities can expect visibilities as low as one half mile.
* AFFECTED AREAS: KUSKOKWIM DELTA
