Areas of freezing fog, locally dense with visibilities a quarter 
of a mile or less, will persist this morning. It traveling this
morning, be prepared for changes in visibility and leave plenty of
distance between vehicles. Temperatures are also below freezing
which could allow for light icing in spots. Conditions should
improve toward midday.
