Folsom Police Advise Stafford St Residents to Avoid Downed Power Lines 
Folsom Police Department advises residents to avoid the 600-700 block of Stafford Street due to downed power lines. The road in that area has been closed and residents are asked to not walk around barricades or caution tape.
Residents throughout the community are reminded to call 9-1-1 if they see downed power lines in their area.
