* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1146 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated light to moderate rain across the advisory area. Flooding and shallow debris flows are ongoing and are expected to continue through the mid-morning hours. - Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 5 inches are expected over the advisory area through mid-morning. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
