Activity for February 1, 2024:
- Officer Marcum responded to the 1200 block of North West Avenue for a personal welfare check. A 27-year-old female was transported to the hospital.
- Officers visited with students at multiple schools during the day.
- Officer Brooker was dispatched to the 500 block of Orange Street for a stolen vehicle report; the vehicle was entered into the national database as stolen. A 49-year-old female was arrested for conditional bond violation.
- Officer Justice responded to a domestic dispute in the 700 block of Page Avenue. The 28-year-old male suspect left prior to officers’ arrival, and was not located.
- Officer Vernier conducted a traffic stop near East Michigan Avenue and North Waterloo Avenue. The 50-year-old male driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated – high blood alcohol content.
