* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHEN...Until 300 PM PST.
* IMPACTS...Roadway and small stream flooding will continue across many portions of Los Angeles County today. In addition, there will be the threat of additional rock and mudslide activity, especially in the mountains and canyon roadways. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1003 AM PST, Doppler radar continued to indicate moderate to locally heavy rainfall this morning across Los Angeles County. Additional heavy showers and a slight chance of thunderstorms will remain in the forecast today, adding to the flooding concerns across the county. Isolated rain rates between 0.50 and 1.00 inch per hour will be possible with locally heavier showers and thunderstorms today. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
