Thank you for your patience this morning with the closure of Silva’s Crossing located near the intersection of Uvas Parkway and Miller Avenue. Due to heavy rains and wind, debris blocked the water flow under the roadway, causing unsafe conditions at Silva’s Crossing.

Crews have cleaned out the debris and Silva’s Crossing is once again open for pedestrian and vehicular travel.

Crews will continue to monitor creek levels as the National Weather Service is predicting rain showers to continue through the end of the week.
