Four Suspects Arrested for Maintaining a Drug House in Twin Peaks

INCIDENT: HS 11366 (Maintaining/ Operation a Drug House)
LOCATION: 26000 Block of Boulder Lane, Twin Peaks
SUSPECT(S): Andrew Loften – 60 year old male, Jude Siva – 32 year old female, Carlos Jimenez - 36 year old male and Elizabeth Rodriguez 24 year old female, all from the Community of Twin Peaks.
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: Deputies from the Twin Peaks Station investigated reports of illegal drug activity at a residence located on the 26000 Block of Boulder Lane, Twin Peaks.
On Monday, February 5, 2024, deputies served a search warrant at the above location and seized evidence that indicated the residence was being maintained to use and sell illegal narcotics. The following persons were arrested and booked into jail:
Loften was arrested for HS 11366 (Maintaining/ Operation a Drug House), HS 11377 (Possession of Methamphetamine) and HS 11364 (Possession of Drug Paraphernalia). Jimenez and Siva were arrested for HS 11364 (Possession of Drug Paraphernalia) and outstanding warrants. Rodriguez was arrested and for HS 11364 (Possession of Drug Paraphernalia), PC 148 (Obstruct, Delay, Resist Arrest), and an outstanding felony warrant.
