Gate/Road Closure: Baldwin Lake Cir, Baldwin Lake Ct, Granite Lake Ct Residents 
For residents located on Baldwin Dam Circle, Baldwin Lake Court, and Granite Lake Court: The Water District has locked the gate and will not allow the gate to remain open to leave the area due to the nature of the road. If you would like to get your vehicle out of the area and parked somewhere else so that you can have access to leave the area, Folsom Police will have an offer posted at the gate location until 5:30 PM February 5, 2024. No vehicles will be allowed to re-enter once they leave. SMUD has been notified and is working on the issue. The Folsom Police Department, unfortunately has no control over the prioritization of SMUD's response to the downed power lines
