...HIGH WIND WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO 3 PM AKST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Southeast winds 40 to 60 mph with gusts up to 75 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Lower Alaska Peninsula and Eastern Aleutians, including
  Cold Bay, Unalaska, and Dutch Harbor.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 3 PM AKST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property,
  and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A deepening North Pacific low is forecast
  to lift across the eastern Aleutians tonight into Tuesday
  morning and bring strong southerly winds to the area. The
  strongest winds are expected from Dutch Harbor east to Cold Bay.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown
around or damaged by the wind. Prepare for the possibility of
widespread power outages. Use caution if you must drive.
