* WHERE...Waushara, Menominee, Shawano, and Waupaca Counties.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM CST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous and cause air travel delays. With temperatures near or below freezing, freezing fog could create some slicks spots on untreated surfaces.
* AFFECTED AREAS: MENOMINEE ... SHAWANO ... WAUPACA ... WAUSHARA
