IMPD Covert Robbery Detectives Make a Serial Robbery Arrest
INDIANAPOLIS-Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) Robbery detectives arrested 18-year-old Noe Ulloa-Juavez and a 16-year-old male on Thursday, February 1, 2024, following a comprehensive investigation for their alleged roles in a series of armed robberies throughout Indianapolis.
The investigation included personnel from the IMPD Robbery Division, IMPD SWAT, Beech Grove Police Department, IMPD Aviation Unit, the FBI Violent Crimes Task Force, and IMPD Southeast District.
On Thursday, IMPD covert robbery detectives responded to the 4300 block of S. Emerson Avenue on a robbery investigation. Detectives arrived and determined an armed robbery had occurred. Subsequently, IMPD Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) and district officers located the alleged suspect vehicle.
Ulloa-Juavez and the 16-year-old juvenile were quickly taken into custody without further incident.
Robbery detectives arrived on the scene and determined these were the suspects from the alleged armed robbery. Detectives executed a search warrant at Noe Ulloa-Juarez's residence and recovered multiple pieces of evidence during the series of robberies.
Ulloa-Juavez and the juvenile were arrested for numerous offenses, including felony armed robbery. The Marion County Prosecutor’s Office will determine the final charges. The investigation is still ongoing.
Ulloa-Juavez and the juvenile are both accused of being involved in a combined eight robberies; reference the incidents below:
