Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé requests the public’s help with locating Quasim Rooks, 23, of Newark, who was reported missing on November 19, 2023.
Rooks was last seen in the 200 block of Clifton Avenue and he was wearing a Nike jacket, blue jeans, and black ACG Nike boots. He is 5’9,” weighs140 pounds, and has brown eyes, black hair, and a brown skin complexion.
