Wilmington Police have arrested a man on drug charges.
On January 30, at approximately 11:27 a.m., members of the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division were in the area of East 9th and Pine Streets, when they observed a male subject engaged in drug-related activity. Officers made contact with 52-year-old Durrell Dollard, who was taken into custody without incident. Police recovered .46 grams of crack cocaine.
Dollard has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver
- Tampering with Physical Evidence
He was arraigned in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and was released on $4,000 unsecured bail.
