The female victim, 39, reported the suspect entered her apartment through a rear window. The suspect resisted arrest and head-butted officers. The suspect refused to enter the patrol vehicle, and officers used a restraint device. ARRESTED: Devonte White, 30, for battery on an officer, resisting arrest, threats on officers, violation of a restraining order, and burglary.
