* AFFECTED AREA...In Kansas...Fire weather zones 073, 097, and 101.In Missouri...Fire weather zones 055, 056, 057, 066, 067, 068, 069, 077, 078, 079, 080, 081, 088, 089, 090, 093, and 094.
* WIND...Southwest at 20 to 30 mph gusting to 35 to 45 mph.
* HUMIDITY...25 to 30 percent.
* HIGHEST THREAT...In open grassland where fine fuels are drier. Fuel moisture in wooded locations is generally higher.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
