* WHERE...Eastern San Juan Mountains above 10000 feet.
* WHEN...Until 5 AM MST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
* AFFECTED AREAS: EASTERN SAN JUAN MOUNTAINS ABOVE 10000 FT
