Sign Up Now for APPD PAL Girls Basketball Program 
Join APPD for the Police Athletic League (PAL) Girls Basketball program this winter! The program, for girls age 10 to 16 in the Monmouth/Ocean County area, will be held on Saturdays from 12pm to 2pm in the Asbury Park Middle School gym. Participants will learn the basic skills and rules of the sport with a focus on sportsmanship and teamwork. PAL coaches have years of experience providing excellent instruction and leading their teams to victory.
