Update #2: Law Enforcement - Dispatch Service Interruption

Summary:
On Tuesday, February 6, 2024 Pascua Yaqui Dispatch began experiencing a Service Interruption to its phone lines and staff began working to re-establish phone service. Work to re-establish service is ongoing. 

Key Points:

  • Dispatch phone lines remain down, work to re-establish is ongoing.  
  • 9-1-1 remains available for the New Pascua Community; phone calls will be routed through Pima County.
  • Non-life-threatening calls can be directed to 520-610-7935 until service is restored.
  • Notification will be provided when lines are restored and Dispatch can resume taking calls on their regular admin lines.  

Instructions:

Continue to utilize 9-1-1 for emergencies and 520-610-7935 for non-life-threatening issues.
