* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, including the following county, Crittenden, North Mississippi, including the following counties, DeSoto, Marshall and Tunica, and West Tennessee, including the following counties, Fayette and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 1115 AM CST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 814 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bartlett, Southaven, Collierville, Germantown, Olive Branch, West Memphis, Horn Lake, Hernando, Cordova, T O Fuller State Park, Memphis, Lakeland, Arlington, Somerville, Byhalia, Walls, Southeast Memphis, Midtown Memphis, Ellendale and Lewisburg. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
