* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 6 inches.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Arkansas and northeast Oklahoma.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 6 PM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult while the heavy snow is falling and accumulating on the roads, which is expected to be during the Monday morning commute. Once the heavy snow tapers off later in the day, some melting is expected to occur on the roads, making travel less difficult.

* AFFECTED AREAS: BENTON ... CARROLL ... WASHINGTON ... MADISON ... OTTAWA ... DELAWARE
