OWI 4th Offense – Charles A Culver 
On 02/11/24, at 6:26 PM, officers were dispatched to a traffic accident in the 2100 Block of Rockport Rd. A vehicle struck an unoccupied parked vehicle.
Upon arrival, officers made contact with the driver, Charles A Culver, and observed behaviors that indicated the driver may be impaired. Charles completed standardized field sobriety tests and subsequently was arrested for operating while intoxicated (4th offense).
A legal blood draw was taken from Charles, the results are pending.
Charles was held at the Rock County Jail.
