Snow Emergency
STARTING AT 2:00AM TUESDAY (2/13/24), A SNOW EMERGENCY WILL BE IN EFFECT FOR THE TOWN OF HACKETTSTOWN.
A TICKET WILL BE ISSUED AND YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED IF LEFT ON THE STREET.
Starting at 2:00 a.m. on Tuesday (2/13/24), there is no parking allowed on any streets in the Town of Hackettstown, except the municipal lots. We are advising that anyone that has a vehicle on a town street to remove it by 2:00 a.m. Tuesday. Vehicles must remain off the streets until the snow emergency has been lifted.
When the snow emergency has been lifted it will be sent out via Nixle Alerts (people can get the alerts by texting “07840” to “888-777” or sign up by going to www.nixle.com), posted on the Hackettstown Police Department's social media accounts, and media outlets will be notified.
