EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 7 to 10
  inches. Locally higher amounts over the higher elevations,
  especially northern Warren and Morris Counties.

* WHERE...In New Jersey, Warren and Morris. In Pennsylvania,
  Lehigh and Northampton.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 3 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
  conditions are expected to impact the morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates over 1 inch per hour are
  expected at times Tuesday morning, making for a potentially
  treacherous morning commute along the I-78 and I-80 corridors.
