Deputy Bradley Biddix with the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged 25-year-old William Aaron Dolby with felonious Breaking or Entering. Dolby was issued a $25,000 secured bond.
Shortly after midnight, in the early hours of February 7th, deputies responded to Nebo Elementary School for an alarm. Upon arrival, they observed a male subject, later identified as Dolby, roaming the hallways. He was arrested without incident. At no time were any students in danger.
