Byram Township DPW is currently in the process of preparing for the winter storm that is predicted to cover our area with heavy snowfall later tonight through tomorrow afternoon.

At the request of Byram Township DPW, all residents are once again urged to remove their cars from the Township roadways during the overnight hours through mid-day tomorrow to allow both DPW and public safety to manage snow removal operations.
 
Additionally, owners of properties that abut sidewalks are reminded that they are required to remove snow, slush, sleet, and ice within 24 hours after snowfall.  Failure to remove snow/ice is a violation of Township Code §213-36. 
 
Also, please take note that Blue Diamond Disposal has informed us that they will be closed tomorrow so garbage collection will be moved to Wednesday February 14, 2024.
